The Luna beads, from LELO, are hands down the best vaginal balls I've tried yet. Round, with multiple weights to choose from, they're both stimulating and a superb workout for the pc muscle. The inner balls rock and spin with even the slightest movement, which is not only pleasurable, but causes your interior muscles to contract and release around them, effectively "forcing" you to do your Kegel exercises. Because they come with interchangeable balls in differing weights, you can start with one, light ball without the girdle and work your way up to two of the heavier balls, making this a great system to gradually tone those muscles while still feeling very, very good.

Because you can use a single bead, work your way up to two of the lighter beads in the connecting girdle, one of each or two of the heavier, blue beads, the Luna Beads make a great system to gradually tone your vaginal muscles and prevent you from growing bored with the same sensation all the time. For me, this is one of the best things about this product.

I haven't had the Luna Beads long enough to say whether they make a noticeable difference in the strength of my pc muscle, but they definitely feel better than the others I've tried and have a more noticeable "vibration" from the inner beads.

They also stay put a bit more easily because their shorter length allows them to fit properly inside my vagina. In order for them to work effectively, LELO says the bottom bead should sit above your pc muscle, not below it at the entrance of the vagina. These luna beads are better than smart balls.

In short, these balls are easy as a first time Kegal exerciser that can be built up as muscles develop more strength.

The first time I wore them they were in for a good few hours and they didn't feel uncomfortable. The only thing that felt strange and that I didn't expect (but it makes sense now I think about it) is that it made me feel like I was holding in a wee! I wasn't quite sure whether I should go to the toilet or not. After the first few times I got used to the feeling and now know when I actually need to go to the loo or not.

The 'jiggle' bit isn't as prominent as I thought. If you've read 50 Shades and want Ana's experience, you won't get that, but I'd taken the book with a pinch of salt and wasn't expecting quite that experience, but I guess I was expecting more. It's hard to explain, the only way I can put it is - I feel the sensation in my body rather than the jiggle and movement of the inner balls. And it's a nice surprise when you've been sat down not moving for a little while and then get up and move. Running or doing more movement there isn't much difference.

They are easy to hide as the box is fairly plain. They make a slight noise when the ball moves around inside but this is faint so is masked by other noises while moving.

After using for about 40 hours total in about 3 weeks my Kegal muscles are much better and, although it's not really good for you, I can now hold on much longer than before. I have definitely experienced a more intense feeling during sex even after only a few days. I also think I may be closer to the elusive female ejaculation, which is AMAZING considering I've never really had a decent orgasm!
