      I got this with the intention of wearing it for two occasions. Unfortunately, by the end of the first one, it has started falling apart. The hem at the back of the neck is unfinished and decided to fall apart, making me reluctant to wear it again. It is a nice dress, and it happily billows in a breeze, but it just isn't of good enough quality to buy this if you plan to wear it more than once. It’s a real shame I couldn't get the chance to sing "Happy Birthday Mr. President" as I’d planned.
