      If you're hoping for a realistic documentary-style look into the world of swinging, then this is NOT the DVD for you.

      The people in the video are actors with terrible 80s clothes. I'm not quite sure whether they're meant to come across as actors - but they do - and terrible actors at that.

      You meet a couple who try swinging then are advised about the impact on their relationship by a panel of sexperts. The advise is clichéd and totally pointless since the couple are actors anyway.

      And if you thought that at least you'd bought a DVD that could offer a bit of titillation - think again. The only bit of nudity on show is breasts - so if you're a heterosexual girl watching this, you're beleaguered from the start.

      Finally, to add insult to injury - the 'fading out' effect with corny music is not hot.
