With the budget top of the news agenda, Forbes is focusing on a fabulous side effect of the credit crunch - recession sex (How The Recession Can Spice Up Relationships).

According to former Playboy and Pethouse star turned sex therapist, Victoria Zdrok, sex is a great cure for the recession blues as it boosts endorphin levels. She also points out that people are saving money by staying in more and spending time together, and thus having more sex.

Sex and relationships expert Ian Kerner goes one step further, suggesting that now is also the perfect time to introduce the 'concept of novelty' in to relationship, as it stimulates dopamine transmission in the brain.
