Pros

Such a great idea for oral sex--the ring is soft and stretchy, the vibration is powerful, and it is the perfect size.

Cons

Not being able to replace the batteries makes me sad. I also think it would benefit from a double ring setup, for greater on-tongue security. Also, when is LoveHoney going to sell the "glow" color that is indicated on OA? The people demand glow!

Bottom Line

Everyone should try this at least once. It is an unobtrusive, powerful couple's toy--and those are worth their weight in gold, really.

I live in a cute little Tyneside flat and spend my days working in mental health research and my evenings getting up to various shenanigans--most of which show up online in some form or another. My training is in Psychology and I am more clinically inclined than my current job indicates--though I only rarely start conversations with "you wanna know what your problem is?" :)

I am here because I love sex toys, but I hate getting a bad one. So one day when I was grumbling over a lackluster toy, I thought it was time for me to start telling people what is working and what isn't, so that they get the most bang for their sex toy buck. If I have my way, the world will be full of I Rub My Penguins, and empty of Durex Sensation Condoms...

Seriously, someone should have made this years ago. Anyone who has ever tried to add a vibrator to oral sex can tell you that few toys are small enough to not be obtrusive--finally, here is that toy.

The ring is very stretchy and comfortable to wear, so no worries there. It can be a little tricksy to keep on; your tongue sort of...automatically tries to work its way out. At least mine does, but then I've never had a quiet tongue. It does feel a little odd to have that much vibration (it has a really nice amount of power to it) on your tongue, but you quickly adjust and you likely won't have it on long.

The toy is about an inch long, so it covers the tongue nicely if you put the band to the back--leaving the tip of your tongue free to handle your normal tonguing motions. The on/off switch is a simple enough switch, but it will take someone more talented than I to manage to turn it on and off while still on the tongue. I had to pop it off to get to the switch.

I laugh a bit to see that it isn't waterproof--I'm not sure what that even means in this context. But overall, this is a great toy--and the fact that it doesn't have replaceable batteries only meant that I was sure I would want to invest money into the Tongue Joy for more permanent tongue vibrating.
