If you're looking for an hardcore toy, skip to something else.

Can sometimes be a little noisy but never too bad
This was my first ever toy purchase so I spent a long time looking through all the options for something small and inexpensive to try.
This vibe is extremely pretty to look at, and makes for a great first time toy without being too intimidating! The vibrations are nice and strong and it is fantastic for clit stimulation as well as penetration. I've had mine for a few months now and it hasn't let me down once....

Cons:
Invetitably losing a huge chunk of your day because you can't leave the bedroom!
