Electrastim control unit pulses electricity (from a low power 9V battery) through various attachments to stimulate muscle/nerves in all various interesting places ;-) I went for the rubber conducting electraloops for my first try at electro stimming. The loops fit as snugly as you like around your shaft, scrotum or best, just under the glans ... a little conductive gel added, switch on and oh man! What a sensation.
