Nothing at all
It has taken a lot of experimentation, but I've finally done it! Pros:

There isn't much to it, and it isn't flexible

So simple, no batteries, cleaning simple no nooks crannies (as simple as washing a spoon)
Cons:
Difficult to use as part of a cutlery set
We have never used a stainless steel product before or a product that is so well made.
Absolutely unbelievable. Even with plenty experience of multiple G spot orgasms this "instrument" is something else.

Hits the G spot with ease.
Cons:
Knocks your teeth if performing oral as well.
Fantastic. Bought it after reading a review somewhere. Quality is superb. A toy that is always on top of the pile of others.
It's also the only toy so far to make the wife squirt during orgasm. Start off with the small end and work up to the bigger end for a delicious squirty orgasm.
