I've accepted the fact that I carry a grandmother purse--I have a little bag of spare condiments and utensils, a little first aid kit, a wee sewing repair kit...that I would eventually need a little container for condoms on the go really couldn't be a surprise to anyone.
This little guy is just adorable. A slightly retro looking little tin that holds three condoms (and a set of instructions that advises you that you will need an erect penis--as though I didn't already know about my needs...), it is small and tidy and keeps you from having slightly dodgy looking condoms from them rattling around in your bag for so long that the wrappers start to get a bit ragged.
The only thing I sort of twitched at was the fact that the tin is made to accommodate condoms that are slightly squished--I'm not sure what the technical term would be, but condoms that aren't full circles in their wrappers, but are pushed down a little. That means if you replace the condoms with traditionally wrapped ones, they don't rest quite as neatly in the tin. They do fit, though--just not as nicely. But if you're not quite as anal about tidiness in your bag as I am, or if you buy squished condoms already, you won't even notice.
It's adorable, is the point, and a great idea. No more excuses for women to not have condoms in their bag, or men to have a few spare in their car or so.
