It can be used when you want to try positions which make your partner come quickly, so it gives the man confidence to experiment with different positions and the women has more fun because it lasts longer.
Cons:
Nothing much, although I would recommend couples where the man comes too quickly to learn other ways of restraining himself rather than become too dependent on an artificial substance.
It is a condom made by Durex which has benzocaine cream in it, this is a mild local anaesthetic, which has a numbing effect on the penis. In theory, this should help guys who come before they or their partners would like to.

For men who struggle a little bit with lasting through intense sensations, these can make all the difference in helping him to last a bit longer. They are also very slick on their own, reducing the need for additional lubes.
Cons:
If a man is already able to last quite well, these can numb him out of all usefulness. A man who can go all night without coming sounds fabulous in theory, but it can get old for BOTH partners if it it goes on too long. The smell and the taste aren't great either, if you wanted more than intercourse.
