Pros:
Did the job after opening my mind a bit to the plots
Cons:
Few of the stories weren't the best plot wise
Had this book sitting around because the first story didn't really do it for me and I didn't continue... gave it another go the other night and I'm glad I did!
As far as finding a book to get you in the mood while alone, or stories short enough for your partner to read to you this is a good product. It was my first purchase of a book of this type so I didn't know what to expect and probably should have given it a better read the first time.
No harm done, now I have one or two I'd refer back...

Pros:
The Doctor had the most detail. This would be the top story of the book
Cons:
Its not got enough detail in it
Unfortunately I don't rate this book very highly. If you want a good laugh then buy it, but for a turn on page turner this is not your book. Although the stories leave questions of incest, ideas about role playing, and an 'oh my god, if my dad did that I would die' kind of feeling in your head, it does not do it for me....

Is it supposed to this funny

Pros:
The book itself kills an hour and puts a smile on your face
Cons:
To me, it just doesn't float my boat
This is an unexpected laugh riot, by page 3 I was in stitches. To quote " the pout of her pudenda"...it's not the sexiest term and you don't refer to the holiest of holes as "an exotic sea creature caught out by the tide" - funny shit! And this is just the first of six stories.
I would say Emma the Doctor had the most moments where I thought "Ooooh, was that a stirring?" One story is just weird, all I'm going to say is my Dad didn't do that for me (then again I wasn't on the cricket team.) Oh...

Some of the stories are a little too short
Having already read a number of Black Lace titles, I was very intrigued by Quickies. At such a great price, could it possible be as hot as their full length stories, or would I be left wanting more?
I'm glad to report that this steamy little book is nearly as satisfying as its single story counterparts. A quickie with Black Lace

The stories are really well-written and filthy
Cons:
The book was short-ish. I wanted that quality of stories to go on forever!
I'd never read any of the Black Lace Quickies books before, but now I'll definitely be seeking out more!
The book contains six short stories:
- O
- Life Boat
- Doctor's Orders
- Pumps
- Lovely Cricket
- Kissing the Gunner's Daughter

What a great idea!

cheap, small, easy to read, packed with action (the rude kind) just like I like it!
Cons:
I had read one of the stories in a previous Black Lace Book. This series is really aimed at newbies to erotic fiction.
As you'll see from my previous reviews I am an avid fan of the Black Lace Wicked Words books. I love the style of writing and the fact you get lots of short stories to dip in and out of - the best way to read erotica!
This is a short, cheap version of the Wicked Words. For just £2.99 you get 6 short stories which is great value. You have to be careful as some of them have already been published in other Wicked Words volumes but if you're new to Erotica then this is a great place to start. They...
