Pros: Informative, easy to understand and very sensual Cons: Paperback
We bought this book many years ago to add some spice into what was becoming a very "samey" sex life and I can honestly say it help enormously, I had my doubts it would mind you, but I was pleasantly surprised. It covers everything from basic self discovery through GREAT foreplay and on to 24 fabulous positions, all covered by easy to understand text and really erotic pictures, every position is detailed and broken down into step by step instructions. There are little stories of the meanings and...

Pros: It is a convenient size and has beautiful color images--the descriptions for getting into the positions are clear, and the introduction gives an interesting insight into the Kama Sutra. Cons: It seems divided in what it is trying to achieve--too serious for some, too casual for others.
Whenever I read a new book, I try to imagine who the intended audience is...and with this one, I'm a little lost. This guide is the perfect size for, and has all the pictures you would want for, a handy little positions guide to keep by your bed. Pros: Nice presentation and size, easy to follow Cons: After a point it becomes very vauge as to how the couple should continue.
Great fun, it takes itself a bit seriously but that just adds to the comedy of the situation, especially when halfway though you drop the book, and then the hilarity and giggling as someone tries to pick it up without having a hernia. It has plenty of easy positions for those of us who are not as flexible as we thought and more advanced positions to, definately good fun and for the price good value too! I also recomend the Frenzy or Canopy of Stars positions, damn good! (Also beware when asking...
Pros: Good size, step by step instructions, good quality photos Cons: There are only 24 positions - so i guess you may run out - but you can always turn back to the start!
I think these small pocket bedside books are the best size for Sex Guides. I've got a few and I find them much easier to store than the hardback versions. A little more discreet by the bedside! There's a nice short introduction to Kama Sutra and advice on combining Yoga with sex to help you with some of the positions. I didn't really have the patience to read it at the start, but I found myself flicking back to it for reference when I tried new positions. There are 24 positions in the book...
