Pros:
When first purchased, I thought it was the best thing ever
Cons:
Once it has been inserted for a while, you'll need a helping hand to pop it out again
I used to have one of these, and they're actually quite good. Pumping it up gave me more enjoyment that the vibrations to be honest. I recetly purchased the 10" inflatable Stud dildo, and I think that just wins, but this is still a good item and will give enjoyment.
I did however find that because of its shape it inflates like a ball, so is hard to pop in and out once it's inflated. It definitely needs to be inflated once it is inside you.
Worth the money.

Fun, but not perfect

Cons:
Hard, unyielding, tricky to get in, can be uncomfortable especially for a newbie
This was my first anal toy, so I wasn't quite certain what to expect. The plug is quite hard and unyielding, which makes it more of a challenge to get in than I'd have liked. Once in, you have to be pretty aroused or it can get quite uncomfortable quite fast as there's no give in it at all.
However, once you pump it up a bit and turn on the vibrations it can be mind blowing. It puts pressure on all the right spots, which in turn delivers the vibrations to where they're most needed ;-)

Pros:
Deflates quickly if it becomes uncomfortable. Vibrations are strong and steady and quite quiet too.
Cons:
Smells strongly of rubber. Not for the faint hearted as it gets to a very large size.
When I first opened the packet I was shocked at the size. Then I tried the inflating device and it was a little scary. It could grow to quite a substantial size.
I would definitely recommend going for something a little smaller if you are not experienced in anal play as this could be quite painful.
I didn't think it was made particularly well and the smell of rubber was very strong.
