When you've received your lingerie or sexy costume, you can hold it up to the light, inspect the stitching try it on and parade around your bedroom (in front of your partner if you fancy).

All we ask is that you keep your own knickers on (!) and that you leave all the tags and labels attached to the garment.

Then, if you want to return an item to us - for any reason - you can do it free.

You can return your purchase free for up to 365 days from the purchase date.

All you have to do is use this returns form to tell us that you're going to return an item. The form will even give you our freepost returns address so return an item to us won't cost you a penny either.
