• Where Is My Order?

If your order didn't arrive when you expected, here are some tips to help you receive it as soon as possible.

    1 Track your order

The tracking code for your order will be shown in your Lovehoney account after we have dispatched your order.

Click here to log in to your Lovehoney account and see your tracking code.

You can also use the Royal Mail website or the Interlink courier website to track your order - your tracking code will be in your order dispatch email.

Royal Mail tracked services successfully deliver in one or two days for 95% of all orders. Sometimes you may have to wait an extra day for your parcel to arrive.

2 Check your safeplace and with your neighbours

If you were out when delivery was attempted, Royal Mail will have either left the parcel with your neighbour or in the safeplace that you entered when you placed your order. Please check with your neighbours and have a look in your safeplace if you chose one.

3 Your parcel may have been returned to the delivery office

If the parcel was not left with a neighbour in your safeplace it may have been taken back to the delivery office. The Royal Mail should have left a calling card telling you they have done this.

Please contact your local delivery office to either arrange a re-delivery or to pick the item up. If they did not leave a card, please take some ID such as a credit card or driving license with you as they will need this before they can let you have the parcel.

4 Did you request a specific delivery date?

When you placed your order you may have chosen a date in the future for your order to be delivered. If you would like your order sooner, please let us know when you would like it delivered and we can then arrange for it to be sent.

5 If all else fails, contact us!

If you are unable to find your parcel please let us know. Please contact us and we will contact Royal Mail or the courier to help find your parcel.
