    We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a 365 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease.

    Our returns policy, in a nutshell

    • You can return anything for any reason, even if you just didn't like it, including if it's been opened, worn or used.
    • You can return your parcel within the UK completely free by using the prepaid returns label.
    • You will get a replacement (if in stock) or full refund
    • Returns that we even suspect have been used or worn are disposed of safely or recycled via Rabbit Amnesty

    At Lovehoney you can return any item, for any reason, for 365 days after you bought it.

    It doesn't matter if you don't like the size, shape or colour of your new toy or lingerie when it arrives, or whether you just didn't get on with it like you thought you would.

    If you don't like it, just return it to us for free using the prepaid returns label.

    At Lovehoney, if you're not happy, we're not happy. It really is that simple!

    How to return an item

    Returning a product is easy.

    1. 1. Fill in a returns form online
      After you submit your form, we will give you our returns address. You can also find a returns label on your invoice.

    2. 2. Package up your return securely
      Include as much original packaging as possible - batch numbers and barcodes help us to improve our service. Please remember to clean anything that needs it.

    3. 3. Post the item to us
      Items don't need to be returned to us by recorded post, but please do obtain a certificate of posting from your postal service.

    Then it’s over to us. Your return will be processed and a replacement or refund for products will be arranged, always within 14 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned items.

    Returning items from outside the UK?

    For international customers we do ask that you pay for returns shipping, but if your product was faulty, we'll reimburse your postage costs along with your refund, or when we send you a replacement item.
