Return any item, for any reason, for a whole year after you bought it

We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a 365 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease.

You can return any item, for any reason, for a whole year after you placed the order. 

It doesn't matter if you don't like the size, shape or colour of your new toy or lingerie when it arrives, or whether you just didn't get on with it like you thought you would. 

If you don't like it, just return it to us for free using our UK freepost returns address.

At Lovehoney, if you're not happy, we're not happy. It really is that simple!

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy and UK returns are free.

1. Fill in a returns form. After you submit your form, we will give you our freepost returns address if you live in the UK.

2. Package up your return securely, and include as much of the original packaging as possible (barcodes and batch numbers help us improve our service). Remember to give a good, thorough cleaning to anything that needs it.

3. Post the item to us. You do not need to return your item by recorded post, but please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.

Then it’s over to us. Your return will be processed and your refund or replacement will be arranged, always within 30 days, but normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

Returning items from outside the UK?

You can still return any purchase to us, for any reason, for up to 365 days after you bought it.

We want our international customers to be just as confident ordering from Lovehoney, and so if you don't like your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can still return it to us for a whole year.

For international customers we do ask that you pay for returns shipping, but if your product was faulty, we'll reimburse your postage costs along with your refund, or when we send you a replacement item.

Our returns policy and your rights

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.

At Lovehoney, we go even further. You can cancel your order within 365 days for a full refund. Your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation - normally within seven days of us receiving your returned product. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
