    Web / MS SQL Developer

    Bath, UK based eCommerce business seeks a Web Developer to work on a range of projects within the company. You will have a full working knowledge of web development, as well as a good understanding of xhtml, css and javascript.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative individual with a positive attitude and a high standard of English and mathematics. The successful candidate will have a good portfolio of previous programming work, and applications should include relevant URLs.

    A Good Candidate Will Have

    • CS degree or similar
    • 2-3 years eCommerce web development experience
    • Knows their buzzwords (agile, test driven development, git, trello etc)
    • Shows an interest in community involvement (blogs, open source, stack overflow)
    • Enjoys experimenting with technologies (node.js, cloud computing, NoSQL)
    • Keen / inquisitive / happy to learn

    Graphic Designer

    We are looking for a multi-disciplined Designer with first class creative skills, experienced in working across both print and digital projects with an eagle eye for detail. This is a permanent, full-time position.

    Responsibilities

    • To create exciting concepts and high quality, creative work for marketing, print, trade and retail. This includes high profile web sites, marketing campaigns, packaging and point of sale
    • To work with the Lovehoney Group teams on the development and production of websites, print campaigns, product packaging and point of sale, exploring new materials and finding cost-effective solutions
    • To lead and manage design projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget

    Essential Qualifications and Experience

    • Professional or vocational qualification in graphic design to a degree standard or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years experience in delivering well-considered, creative and effective graphic designs for web, print and consumer packaging from concept to completion
    • Experience of co-ordinating contractors and staff
    • Extensive experience in using 2D software programs including Creative Suite
    • Understanding of 3D software programs and 3D printing an advantage
    • Up-to-date knowledge of web and print production methods

    Retail E-commerce Analyst

    We are looking for a Retail E-commerce Analyst who can get under the skin of our numbers to produce actionable business insights for the E-commerce and Online Trading teams.

    This will include strategic planning to maximise the revenue and profit from our marketing and selling activities; creating budgets and rolling forecasts from the strategic plans and actual business trading; creating both structured and ad hoc reports to help the Commercial teams understanding of trading performance; and presenting findings to financial and non-financial audiences.

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to both the Heads of both E-commerce and Online Trading, you will::

    • Work closely with business stakeholders in the E-commerce and Online Trading teams to understand their needs
    • Evaluate and amend existing reports according to the needs of the business
    • Design reports to track web usage, customers, order patterns and product sales, deals, offers and profitability
    • Interpret reports and provide analysis in order to promote customer-focused decision making
    • Use your initiative to provide company-wide ad hoc analysis and support for decision making
    • Analyse the effectiveness of websites and marketing campaigns and report findings
    • Create dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for stakeholders
    • Support ad-hoc requests for site performance and customer engagement data
    • Maintain weekly KPI dashboards, custom reports and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance against industry benchmark, trends and opportunities

    Capabilities

    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics
    • Experience of RFV analysis
    • Ability to effectively break business questions into their key components, identify appropriate data sources and methodology for analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
    • Advanced Excel.

    Preferred Qualifications and Experience

    • Hitwise experience desirable
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the business and external agencies
    • Excellent analytical skills to provide insights as well as recommendations
    • Extreme attention to details and outstanding organisational skills
    • History of success working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on multiple concurrent projects.
    • Able to work in fast paced environment where flexibility is key and directions can change frequently.
    • Self starter, highly motivated to excel with minimal supervision.
    • Possibly CIMA qualified.
