How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card, PayPal, cheque or postal order.
When you checkout, choose your preferred payment method and follow the step-by-step instructions.

Paying by credit or debit card
Go through the secure checkout as normal and select 'Pay by credit or debit card'.
You can use major credit and debit cards.
Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard & American Express
Debit Cards: Maestro, Switch, Visa Debit, Visa Electron

Paying by PayPal
Go through the secure checkout as normal and select 'Pay by PayPal'.
You will be taken to the PayPal site to log into your account and set up the payment.
You will be automatically returned to the Lovehoney site to confirm the payment total and place the order.
Your PayPal account will show a charge to LH Trading. It is not possible for us to change this name on the PayPal system.
Paying by cheque or postal order
Go through the secure checkout as normal and select 'Pay by cheque or postal order'.
The final screen is a printable receipt which you can print and send with your payment to the address below.
Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Lovehoney Limited.
Please add an additional 5 working days to our standard delivery times to allow your cheque or postal order to be banked and cleared.

Please make sure you include either a contact email address or phone number - this allows us to contact you if there are any problems with your order.
Paying by Bank Transfer
Select pay by "Cheque, postal order or bank transfer" at checkout and go through the checkout as normal.
When you have placed your order, you will be given Lovehoney's bank account details for your payment.
