If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.
You can return your purchase free in the UK for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
You can also return faulty products free for an exchange or refund up to 365 days from the purchase date.

We don't like it, but here's the small print
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.
On LoveHoney, you can cancel an order within 365 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 365 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.
If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.
Adult toys may be returned as long as the original packaging is intact. We understand that you may have to open the boxes of adult toys to examine them.
We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and are not faulty.
Returning lingerie and sexy clothing
What if your LoveHoney lingerie doesn't fit? Or that sexy army outfit isn't quite the right shade of camoflague green? No problem!
We're happy for you to try on lingerie and sexy clothing - please keep your own knickers on! - to see if it fits and if it's the right colour.
You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.
It's not, please return the unwanted, unused and unlaundered items to us within 365 days for alternative products or a refund.
Returning DVDs and Videos
As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.
Faulty Items
If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a full refund or replacement within 365 days of purchase.

Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely in a plastic bag.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working.
Refunds
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product or us arranging to collect it from you.
To return an item
Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address below.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please please fill in this returns form and we will provide you with a freepost returns address.
You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. Please obtain a certificate of posting.
