What are the delivery costs and options?

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Lovehoney uses Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery and Interlink courier services.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed before midday on Saturday are despatched on Saturday.

We provide discreet delivery in boring brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what's inside.

What does a Lovehoney delivery box look like?

Delivery

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. For example, the Royal Mail cannot deliver very large or heavy items and Interlink courier does not offer a next day service to some parts of the UK.

Tracked Delivery

We offer a First Class Royal Mail Tracked service in the UK. With this service, you will be sent an email once your parcel has been despatched containing the tracking number to monitor the location of your order. Use this number to track your parcel from around 8pm on the day of despatch via Royal Mail Track & Trace.

Next Day Delivery

If you require a next day delivery service in the UK, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Choose Your Delivery Day

Get your order when it's most convenient for you. Select Choose Your Delivery Day at the checkout and have your order delivered to any UK address on any specific day from tomorrow to any time in the next 6 weeks (apart from Sundays and Bank Holidays). Read more about Choose Your Delivery Day.

Orders placed for delivery to countries not listed will be cancelled and payment refunded.

What if you're out when your order arrives?

If you're out when the postman calls, your postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.

If your parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office, you can collect it there.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest Interlink courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
