Good range in plus sizes which is unavailable at similar retailers and sometimes hard to find. Easy to use - love the free delivery.

Being a newcomer to the site it was really refreshing to have videos showing how certain products should be used. I didn't feel like quite such an idiot. The site worked really well and was very fast - even on a Sunday which is like an internet black hole.
