I've already got pretty decent muscle strength, but I'm wondering if I should perhaps get some new Kegal Balls as I'd still like to improve. I've heard people saying they have to actually conciously keep them in and the ones I use (Tracey Cox toner balls) have absolutely no risk of coming out without me wanting them to.

Are there any heavier ones or smaller ones anyone can recommend?

You may want to check the Lelo Luna beads or the Luna beads Mini

Or if you want a real challenge, try to buy the Je Joue Ami set, the last one is the smallest ball I saw so far and it has 106g, making it for a challenge

Also just noticed this one, I may actually buy it for the challange!

Lelo's Noir and Luna Minis and the third of Je Joue's Ami set are the only smaller ones I've been able to find that have some weight. Those three are the most often recommended.

I don't have to work to hold the smallest Ami in, just got those so I'm still figuring out if they help. I can feel a bit of muscle fatigue after several hours so they're doing something. The ones I know make a big difference for me are standard size (4.5 circumference) but 128 g. They were unfortunately discontinued because of poor sales.

The SinFive sets list as smaller, 3.5 circumference, and the heaviest is 90g. If you can stomach Fifty Shades merchandising, that one is small and very heavy. Some complaints about the cord not being hygenic though.

That's what I know. SinFive and Ami are the smallest; Noir and Luna Minis are highly recommended by many people. Ami is too. SinFive must be selling well enough since they're still in stock. Could be that they just don't have many vocal fans amongst forum regulars.

I have the Tracey Cox ones too and only keep them to compare with for reviews and these sorts of threads. Any of the above will an improvement.

There are also several non-ball exercisers which might be useful. People don't talk about them in the threads so I don't know anything beyond the reviews and info on the page, but they're worth considering.

Excellent, I'll have a look into those you've both mentioned and invest in some new ones! Thank you :)

Used Tracey Cox single toner ball (way too easy) so upped to duo toner balls (twice the weight but still no challenge at 79 grams) so upgraded to 50 Shades Inner Goddess. OMG THEY WEIGHT THREE TIMES AS MUCH--221 grams) but still kept them in all day at work, and through a 90-min. high-intensity interval workout and they only pop out if you bear down. So...is there anything even heavier and smaller? Does anyone know?

Wow, you wore those all day long? Thats impressive. I can wear the 125g for hours because they are so big, but did not manage all day long. But funnily enough far longer than the 3rd Ami, because that one I have to actually clench round to hold it in place, while with the 125g I dont have to do much. And they actually stretch me out.

These are not heavier, about 150g, but they are much smaller
