I bought this a couple of weeks ago

    http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14042

The problem with it is that it's too damn slippy when it's got lube on it and both me and OH struggle to keep it still whilst he's thrusting. I get to the point of 'OMG' and then it bloody slips out of position and have to try again. So frustrating!

Can anyone reccomend a similar bullet that's nice and powerful like this one, waterproof like this one and that takes AAA batteries but that's maybe made out of something less slippy?

maybe a finger bullet would better,it would enable you to keep hold of the bullet,by a finger loop

im not sure this will be less slippy it seems to have a glittery surface which looks a bit better then a metal one

Hi Sarah - this one could be a good choice - it is highly reviewed - does not need batteries as it re-chargeable and the material does not sound as though it slips that much as a shiny one would:

Yes, yes, yes! And it's in the sale :) http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=6991

It is more powerful than a bullet however because of the shape it won't slip out of place - it fits your curves.

I know it's a lot more expensive but think of all the money you'll save on batteries! It will be much cheaper in the long run. Lelo are top quality with a 10 year guarentee, not to be sniffed at ;)

Now I like the sound of this one! The reviews also say it's quiet which is preferable when you've got 3 kids in bedrooms next to yours, noisy ones are so off putting. I'm glad my phone charger takes USB though so I could charge it in my room. I can just see it now....."mum I'm just borrowing your pen drive for homework"......oh my days!

Looks like a good find, thanks Scorpius! xx

I have this one and have been waiting to review it. It doesn't slip, the size is good as your hand doesn't get tired, and the "point" targets the right spot. Very discreet but not as quiet as I would have liked. The vibes are good when fully charged but less so when the charge is low, not a great difference between some of the speeds/patterns. Creates a really nice sensation but just hasn't got me there yet-the reason why I've been delaying a review, as I feel it could be amazing. Perhaps it's just me?

Yeh it's £25 but I've got the discount code for £5 off when you spend over £15. Plus I've just received a refund from something else so it's covered anyway. Think I'm gonna go for it, may aswell seen as the returns policy is so excellent If I'm not happy with it, it's not the end of the world

No, it probably isn't powerful enough, Sarah. That's possibly why it isn't quite living up to my expectations.

Hmm, I'll have to see what it's like. I know I can send it back if need be but I hope I don't have to because I just want to find the right one and be happy!

Sorry, Sarah, I lost the thread or I would have responded earlier. It can go back if you are not happy with it.

I do wish the forum had a way of alerting you that someone had quoted your post or mentioned you in a post so you can respond quickly. Some threads (not this one, admittedly) get so long so quickly and there are so many posts in a day I sometimes can't keep up.

No need to apologise, I totally get what you're saying. I agree, it would be great to get some sort of notification! Thanks Capricorn :-)

I would suggest getting the We-Vibe Touch at some point. Heres why:

It is still a clit vibrator but rather than slippy plastic, it is made from a draggy silicone so it stays in position better (With lube it slips, as do most toys unfortunately) but its "better" at not slipping, plus it is a little bigger than a bullet with more to grasp onto so you have more control.

Its my all time favourite clitoral vibrator. (And I have tried bloody loads) simply because it is very versatile. The shape means you can have pin point stim, or diffuse stim. You can cup your clit or lay the vibe down the length etc. Lots of different stim options

It doesn't get in the way during sex or penetration.

Its bloody powerful (It has the same motor as the We-Vibe Tango, but the silicone dulls the vibrations slightly. However, I am a self confessed power queen and nothing but the cream of the crop works on my fussy vagina lol....yet the We-Vibe Touch can get me to orgasm on it's LOWEST setting. (I don't say that often about clit vibes)

It has 4 different constant speeds, rather than the usual 3. More choice and more range in constant vibration options is always good! It also has pattern settings.

It is quality made from body safe materials.

So overall, the Touch would be the clit vibe I would recommend to anyone. The only thing I wouls say is if you are very sensitive and prefer more fluttery, gentle vibrators, it might not be suitable for you as it is a very deep, rumbling vibrator.

I'm gonna have a look right now and see if I can find it. I'm exactly like you, need strong vibrations. Little fluttery ones just don't cut it. Thanks :-)
