    Hi all,

I am very new to this so please forgive my naiveity! I'm happily married and had a great sex life until the birth of my second child six months ago. I have never used sex toys before. Since the birth of my youngest son, I have been unable to orgasm properly. Partly because I feel like my pelvic floor muscles are rubbish, and when I do, it feels 'muted' somehow, just not right. Prior to this, I loved sex, no problems with orgasm, either by myself or with hubby. But now...... :(

panyway, I've been thinking about keel exercises and then wondered about the Ben wa balls (is that what they're called) to both help with pelvic floor and help keep me in an amorous mood. Id also thought of a vibrator to help me gain confidence again. But I have no idea where to start?! Ladies, I need help!

    Thanks x
