These are going to be your best options - the Lelo smart wand medium http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25097 and large http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=25284 . I don't know how quiet the large is but the medium is very quiet compared to the Magic Wand Deluxe. All mains powered wands are loud so the rechargeable are going to be the most quiet :)

Put it on your wishlist remember, someone may get it for you! I have got the Medium Smart Wand for my dad as he has chronic muscle pain (going to give it him for Christmas) so when he's had a test of it I will be sure to put a review up :)

You probably shouldn't expect someone to buy it for you. There's no reason why you couldn't get a Magic Wand Deluxe for example. I never masturbated when my mum was in when I lived at home, are you planning on doing it when she's in? Because if you're not then just go for one of the magic wands as noise shouldn't be an issue :)
