I have just received in my random couples grab bag a fetish fantasy shock therapy electro stimulation unit(is this for bdsm). This to me is a tenns machine anyhow could I have some advice on how to use( not the unit I know how to work that) in a sexual situation? Who is it for him or her? What is it supposed to give and to what pleasure? I have used electro therapy for a back injury before now and can't say I thought how good it would be in a sexual situation.
Any advice would be greatly accepted and used:)

Thanks. More than the instructions told me but still doesn't explain what it's supposed to do to make u want to use it. Does it make ur bits more sensitive? Is it for teasing? Will it make u orgasm?

from a female view electro sensation is a lot like vibration under the skin on lower settings and a throbbing of the muscles ( not unlike pre orgasm for me) on higher ones.

what acessories did the kit come with?

pads can be placed anywhere and the sensations will travel between the two on the same channel.

i have heard of men placing one at the tip of the penis and one at the base

annd pads wise for me i've placed one on the mons above the clit and another lower on my thigh so it runs through. obviously this requires being shaved

i've also had them placed on the soles of my feet while tied ( not pleasant for me)

and ive magyvered a standard metal wartenburg wheel by placing a pad on it and the other one on the recipient.

if you find you like it most acessories ( like cock straps or plugs) are interchangeable depending on the plug size. most electro kits have 2mm connection plugs. this also means you can buy pads cheaper from places like amazon instead of the chemists.

Don't know if this applies to you, but it's always adviseable to take any piercings out before indulging in electro play. Should an electrical pad/wand/whatever come into contact with a piercing it can be quite a shock. (Pun completely intended!)

Good luck with it, you were lucky to get that!

Although somewhat tangential to your interest I have recently become interested in electro-stimulation, primarily for the possible beneficial effects it might offer for strengthening my pelvic floor. It seems a significant number of female users believe that TENS/EMS devices with vaginal electrodes strengthen their pelvic floor and I see no reason why, with suitable electrode configurations, they may do the same for men (a recent study has shown pelvic floor exercises for men do as much for the erection as Viagra and it's this second-order benefit I'm after rather than a direct erotic effect from the e-sim).

For my purposes I have found that a monopole anal electrode with a ring electrode around the shaft of the penis causes considerable muscle response when used with the lower frequency stimulations (50Hz and lower). It does seem to take a while to get used to the sensations generally but I have found that at higher settings the sensation did start to feel erotic so I can well imagine that under the right conditions it would be possible to cum from e-stim.

Well guys, we both had a little fun with it and although the setting up of the thing and getting it going takes a little time so its not exactly good for getting u going in a hurry. Results were good though. I had pads on my nipples andon my thighs very close to my penis. Very good on the nipples I must say but don't set it to high because it then really shocks u if like me they are sensitive. Had it going on setting 4 of 10 which was just enough. All this while I wasn't really paying attention to my penis which funnily enough had gone erect all by electro stimulation. Wasn't even thinking anything sexy it just went hard. It felt really nice.
I put pads same place on wife and setting 4 was too much for her and in all didn't have same effect on her as me.
Later on for fun I put all pads on my 6pack -2 and we had a laugh as wife used it on full whack. Body got used to that in no time so obviously abs are not as sensitive as nipples and cock. Will defo use this again though I loved it.

Are you not adviced to keep them away from nipples and the chest because the electrical impuslses can effect the heart?

I don't have a pacemaker and I'm not 70:). It does say on the box as advice but not a don't do this fear of death. If it was bad they would not be allowed to sell products like this. It's just some form of cover for the companies that make these. Believe me I work in machine maintenance and know what a real big shock is:). Completely safe unless u have heart defect/ pacemaker/ or history of heart problems or old frail age

Hi there thanks for the info!
I am also interested in electro stimulation and wondered if u could help? Which material is best? I have seen rubber ring type cock rings which attach and also conductive material straps (is my best description, sorry)? Which is best in ur opinion?
    Thank you

Actually, electricity can be very dangerous if played with incorrectly. Please do not ignore warnings and do not use any e-stim devices above your waist and ESPECIALLY across your heart.

We don't actually stock Fetish Fantasy Shock Therapy products for the exact reason that they don't make it clear enough that these products should not be used above the waist.

Please take advice provided by experts like ElectraStim and MyStim seriously. They strongly advise against using anything above your waist, regardless of your age or health. Fetish Fantasy make a lot of great products, but they are certainly not experts in this field.

I don't want to scare you off using it, but I also don't want you to die from a heart attack either!

    I'm with Jess on this.
My friend only found out she had a heart problem earlier this year when being checked out for something completely unrelated, a problem which the hospital advised is most likely to have been there since birth.
Not everyone with a heart problem is aware of it, and using a device like this across your chest whilst unaware of a possible underlying condition could be fatal. Personally, I wouldn't want to take that risk.

Feels like I'm getting a telling off from something I did in 2012. 😂👍🏼.

Seriously don't mess with electrics. Estim and mystim units are great and follow all instructions on these units and take it very slow indeed. Keep those dials low until you understand the machine and then once comfortable slowly up those dials to find a nice threshold that suits your play.

It really depends what sort of play you want to experiment with. Are you looking specifically for genital stimulation?

Yes and as and as I mentioned there are sort of rubber cock ring types or almost elastic looking material straps to wrap around the penis, from these 2 options which is better in your opinion?
    Thanks! 😃
