Need penis pump usage advice

Ive just got my first big red firemans pump from  LH,. It came without any advice and guidance booklet  although it's self explanatory how to put it on. Tried it almost imeadatly it feels great the suction is really good. but i only partally fill it. What i need to know from those experianced,  is what/how to get the best results from it. ?  I need to go for the pornostar dong look and feel so i can join those swinging greedy girl events that only want VWE.
