Glass Dildo - Heating and cooling

Whats the best methods for heating a glass dildo? I guess the best method for cooling it is the freezer or fridge, but heating is a little more confusing as to the most effective method without it being too hot. Warm water running over it for a while? Microwaving it?

I have just recieved my very first Glass Dildo, but want to heat it up. But I normally get these things very wrong. Lol!

Any tips?

AA I usually just fill up the bathroom sink with hot or cold water and leave it  for 5 minutes or so. I guess a jug of hot water would work too. I have put 1 in the fridge, it stayed really cold for ages!

I thought I would prefer a glass dildo cold as I like ice play but I love it warmed up. x

Don't microwave it. Use hot, but not boiling water. take it out, wait a few moments trhen test for a few seconds on your inner arm or similar x

Hot water for a while works ok.

 They say boiling water is too hot, but you could always boil a kettle then put some cold water in with it to cool it down a little. 

I take mine into the bath with me to get it nice and warm

What about leaving it on a hot water bottle for a little while? does that work?

I take it in the bath to heat it up but usually don't use it till I get out...I'm not a huge fan of using toys in the bath either unless you count the shower head!

I took it into the shower with me yesterday and heated it a little under the shower head. Oh my god! I've found the perfect way to use this dildo now! Lol! Its the Orgasmic Waved Dildo, and using it while standing up really benifits it to the name! It nearly made me orgasm in 5seconds flat! No Joke!

 It's good fun to have some hot water in one cup and cold water with some ice in another, then you can switch in between them to keep you guessing!

Mmm. See I just dont like the ice play thing. Too cold for me! Using just a vibe or dildo straight out the drawer (glass or otherwise) before bringing it up to near body temperature is cold enough for me! Brrrr.

Warming it up, on the other hand, is totally my thang!
