 I know you can get penis loops for them which a male friend of mine has and thoroughly enjoys. next time i see him i can ask about them for you? obviously you can get anal probes for the kits, but it is more if your OH would use them.  I've never used my toy analy so i can't really comment.

ive seen comments online that if you have pads you can attach one to your thigh and another to your partners oppisite thigh and it passes the current through you when your attached ( but not advisable if you use condoms)

 I had looked at those penis loops looks well good,Yea when you see him i would like to know what he thinks thanks.

Now remote controll would be even better letting my mrs controll it while we are out that could be well fun,IWhen i first started looking at electro sex toys i remember seeing a remote controll butterfly but it looked like it was more for the females body.

For a guy you want cock straps, which are pretty cheap and very simple to use. They feel great, too. Can't comment on any other equipment or the sticky pads. As for the chest thing, it should be fine if you have it on only one side of the chest at a time, never both.
