Anybody else have any problems with this toy on arrival? Haven't read any reviews stating they have the same problem as myself so I'm not sure if it's faulty or if I'm not using it properly.

Essentially, I have charged it to what appears to be a full charge (the light in the handle went from flashing to a solid light) after charging it for 4 hours as suggested in the instructions. However, when I press the on button nothing happens, it seems to be dead.

If it turns out it's faulty, this will be the 3rd faulty product I have received from lovehoney and to be honest I am so fed up with the disappointment it brings that I'm not sure I will purchase toys from lovehoney again. Perhaps it's because of my time of the month but this literally brought me to tears, Vibrators are the only way I can climax during sex with my boyfriend and after 2 months of no orgasms and saving up money I was so looking forward to this purchase!

Any advice or knowing somebody else has had similar experience with this toy would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure there isn't a travel lock on it?

You can't blame Lovehoney for sending you faulty toys, they buy the toys from a manufacturer who made the toy!

+1. Lovehoney are fantastic with returns and replacements, so I'm sure they will be able to help you out should it turn out to be faulty. I'm sorry you've received three items that have had issues, but I can assure you that this is very rare! I've only had 3-4 faulty items during the past year and all have been corrected straight away.

Is the power button a press and hold? Are you perhaps not holding it long enough? I'd also look for the possibility of a travel lock, just in case. Many rechargeable toys don't turn on without being unlocked first :)

Hi there, I have just watched the video for this product, and it shows to hold down the power button for a couple of seconds to turn it on. It may be that you haven't held it down for long enough? If this doesn't work, then speak to 'Live Chat' who will be able to help you :) x
