I bought the Crystal Eclipse Double Ended Glass Anal Prober http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=33018 because I had noticed the amazing similarity with the nJoy Pure Wand http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=9030 and read a review (http://apricotcreams.com/crystal-eclipse-dildo-review/) saying that it did work nearly as well as the steel dildo for G-Spot stimulation - at a fraction of a price. (Sorry, bought the last one and no, you can't have it!)

And yes, the glass dildo definitely finds my G-Spot, even though it was marketed as an anal toy for prostate stimulation. So now I'm wondering: Do, as a general rule, all prostate massagers work for G-Spot stimulation (ignoring differences in individual anatomy for the moment - I believe not all G-Spot toys work for all women either)?

There's some very similar toys in both categories, like http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=2008 and http://www.lovehoney.eu/product.cfm?p=4463, or http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=2561 and http://www.lovehoney.eu/product.cfm?p=17779, there's at least one prostate massager that Lovehoney also put into the G-Spot Vibrator category http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=33967, and L'Amourose simply call their toy, which comes in black or pink, a Prostate and G-Spot Vibrator http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=30909

Have any of you women experimented with a prostate massager for vaginal insertion and G-spot stimulation? If yes, wich one and how well did it work?

Following, would like to know myself. I've seen some really tempting p-spot toys but not brave enough for anything that goes in the back door.

Not yet with specifically P spot toys, no, but I am tempted too with several of them, Lelo Hugo included.

I have however bought vibrators and dildos/plugs that were specifically sold as anal, but I only use them vaginally (neither of us is into anal) and they do well there too!

My OH has the Crystal Eclipse Double Ended Glass Anal Prober and solely uses it for G-Spot stimulation.

There does seem to be similarieties between P-Spot and G-Spot toys. I think with the 365 days return, you could purchase a P-Spot toy and try it out. If it doesn;t work for you, the toy can then be returned.

Looks like the only difference is p-spot toys are black and g-spot toys are pink. ;)

In my opinion I think p spot toys should have a flared base incase it goes too far up into the anal cavity don't want ut getting lost but there are g spot vibes that are suitable for anal use aswell

If you don't want to, then don't, that's simple. But if you would like to (or like to like to) and are curious, but nervous about it, then I'd recommend one of Tristan Toarmino's books on the subject. It reassured me, so I tried anal play and discovered I like it.

I opened the thread because I would expect a toy sold as a prostate massager to have its vibrations mostly in the tip, the part hitting the prostate. So whereas I'm having a lot of fun with vibrating butt plugs, I haven't bought a specific prostate massager (yet).

I have the Tracy Cox vibrating butt plug http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=31205 and tried to hit my G-Spot with it yesterday, but without success - either too short or not curved enough, I'd guess? Still makes a nice clit vibe, though.

Kaiser, I don't want to abuse the return privileges. I don't think it's meant for buying things for which one is not even in the intended target group on the off-chance that they might work. I try to buy only things of which I really believe that they will work for me.

But Caliente is right, in many cases the colour is the most noticeable difference between P-spot and G-spot toy - and I happen to hate pink!

Kimberleyking, in theory anal toys should have a flared base, everybody agrees on that. But amazingly enough, there's some specific anal toys that don't (http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=16554 http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=29779). And that style of toy - which is the one I'm tempted by, just need to find one that does NOT need N batteries - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=17779 doesn't really have a base, anyway.

The other way round, most rabbits should be safe for anal insertion (I use a condom for anal insertion anyway)...
