So i know you boil it to get the crystals to melt after inital use. Then how do you heat it up again do you just snap the disk again?

I have the long since discontinued Blush version of the LH heart massager you boil it till the insides liquify (10 mins max) when it's cold and you need to use it again snap the metal disc and it will heat up and solidify again
