    Hi all!

My boyfriend and I have never done anything related to anal before, but recently he has been jokingly expressing his interest in learning how anal play might feel for him. He has mentioned that he's read about the "finger in the butt" method of intensifying blowjobs, but chickens out every time I suggest trying it out.

Christmas is coming up, and I would really like to get him some kind of **very** beginner toy that he could use on his own, in case he is a bit too shy to try it out in front of me. I imagine he would want the least possible girth - something comfortable, which would give a beginner an idea of how good prostate stimulation can be without having to make too much of an effort. I have seen people talk of Anero's Helix Classic, but I would prefer to get something cheaper (up to 20 quid, if possible), since spending too much on a first toy seems like a bit of a risk to me.

He is fairly short, so I don't think he will have any issues with reaching the prostate.

I would be really grateful if anyone could give me suggestions. At this point, I'm not even sure what's best for this scenario - a butt plug? a massager? a vibrator? Help please!

    Thanks in advance!!

Would certainly recomend starting with a finger, learning where it is and what type of stimulation is required

These are both on sale at the moment and comes to £20. I can't speak for the vibrator but the plug is very good. Simple and does a good job of hitting the prostate, works really well if you are on top while he has it inserted.

Below is the link for the Aneros Helix Syn Prostate Massager. I do agree with the above poster, in that you definitely need to slowly figure it out with a finger. If you have questions, I actually wrote a review of this toy a few weeks ago. It is great for the beginner and not overly invasive. It is secure and can be inserted once relaxed and lubed up properly and worn inside (it will not move in or out) even during intercourse providing prostate stimulation, hands free. Hope it helps.

Thanks so much, guys! We'll start with the finger, but I'll use the gift as a not-so-subtle suggestion to get going in this direction. I've decided to go for the vibrator, as it seems versatile - can be used with or without the bullet - and has great reviews. And if he likes it, we'll definitely be looking at Aneros! It seems to make great quality toys and totally worth the price - I just want to make sure my boyfriend is up for that sort of play. :)

    Thanks again for the advice!
