Thank you Morbidia, I'm really pleased with that one too.  :)

I drew it myself, except for the eye, which the tattoo artist drew for me.  She didn't know how to draw treble clefs, and I wanted one which looks like the ones I write when I compose.  I decided on the placement of the eye, and the whole concept was my idea.  Once I drew the clef and put the eye on it where I wanted it to go, the tattoo artist traced the whole thing onto that paper they use to transfer it onto me before starting to do the ink.

I just wish it was in a spot where I could enjoy it more often without having to look in a mirror.  :)

Actually, the metal isn't ever cold because it keeps the body heat from the person wearing it.  :)

Haha I actually have a folder of pictures for my blog on said little macbook called Apple porn! All the black and white pics on my blog (and profiles etc) were actually taken with that laptop perched on my naked body, lighting up whatever I was taking a photo of. Worked out to have pretty good results I think!

The bits of the tattoo that went over the spine were very sore, quite a sharp pain, whilst the bits that went over my bum was kind of like a snapping sort of pain, like lots of elastic bands hitting your skin! The bits that went over the kidneys (the little D rings on either side!) just made me want to pass out!

Carly, i am not  a big fan of tatoos but that is one of the most beautiful things i have ever seen.

I think it would be lovely just to have even a little bow on the small of a back, i must admit im tempted
