Sex Tip that changed your life...

What sex tip / knowledge that you gained or come across made the biggest difference to your sex life?

For me, it was probably realising that if you tease a woman enough and in the right way, with the right technique, you can make a woman squirt...which just happens to be my biggest turn on.

For me and this may be a little off topic for some. . .Just listening to My OH, understanding how she thinks and knowing what her boundries are (not just sexual). So hopefully I can reach into her mind (constant ongoing learning process) and make her happy! Oh and being a not bad cook I find always helps. We love our food!

Learning that my sex life shows problems which may not be noticeable elsewhere at first, that focusing on the symptoms in the sex life fails to solve the problem, and that addressing those problems elsewhere will instantly pay off in an improved sex life.

Also learning not only that I can focus on myself and prioritise myself and my own pleasure, but that doing so totally pays off in every aspect of my life including my sex life.

I don't know if those are the biggest ones, but they're pretty big.  :)

I don't know if these are the biggest but they seem it just now. Two things that are two sides of the same coin.

1) If he doesn't worship me in the day to day, he isn't going to worship me in the bedroom.

2) If I don't believe I'm worth the effort then he won't think I'm worth the effort.

Putting a cushion under my bum during sex. Done it three times that way now, and two of those times I orgasmed! :D

I've learnt quite a lot of tips from watching sex programs on Fiver. Can't think of any off the top of my head but I recently gained knowledge that I love having my tummy and neck kissed and licked by my boyfriend.
