Zinc to increase ejaculate

Ive read on the internet that taking zinc can actually helpto increase the amount you ejaculate. Has anyone ever tried this and if so did you notice any difference and over what time scale...

i dont know about zinc, btu there is a thread on the effects of celery

All types of shellfish contain large quantities of zinc, but it is most potent in oysters as they're eaten raw, and obviously are a well known aphrodisiac.

Fruit and veg rich in zonc are strawberries, banana, kiwi, tomatoes, peas, cucumber, cauliflower.

Zinc is vital to men because it is found in particularly high concentrations in the prostrate gland and semen. It regulates sperm production, increases testosterone and is useful in treating premature ejaculation.

Hello llywellyn. Importantly though Do not take too much Zinc as this will reduce the amount of copper that your body can absorb and can lead to weak bones and anaemia!!

10mg per day should be a maximum if you're thinking about it mate.

Zinc is also found in cheese and cereal products such as wheatgerm.

I don't think it directly increases spunk volume but improves the Processing abilities of the body in regards to protein and enzymes. . .ie-spunk!

Was the sample size large enough to give conclusive results?  

erm. 2 vegetarians out of "a few" men

it didnt taste as tangy as meat eaters!

Why are (some) blokes a bit obsessed with having larger ( in volume)  ejaculations?   Does it make for a better orgasm?

It's sheer biology for the most part,  the more often you have sex ( or masturbate) , the less quantity and quality of the semen, that's why people trying for a baby shouldn't have sex every day, every 3 days is optimum for "replenishment" - the thicker the semen, the higher the sperm content, so all the better for conception.  It's now thought that men are on a 5 day "cycle" and women are on a 10 day one where sex drive is concerned, so leave off for 5 days and your ejaculations will be mighty!

My hubby loves pineapple and I got him on men's vitamins + ginseng when he was very run down,  it definitely doesn't do any harm!    There must be so many men ( and women)  with sexual problems due to a very poor diet, couple that with drinking and smoking and it's a wonder they have any sex at all.

I'll never get him to test the celery theory, he hates the stuff!

Why are some women a bit obsessed with whether their bum looks big in this or that outfit?  I think most people have something they focus on which they want more or less of, or different shape, colour, texture, whatever.

Some men have told me that of the elements of their orgasm, the muscular contractions which are actually expelling semen feel much more pleasurable than the muscular contractions which don't.  So that could possibly be part of it.

In most of the mainstream porn I've seen, the men ejaculate a lot.  My guess is that the guys who want more ejaculate got that idea from porn.  Why they think that real women would be attracted to the attributes of male porn stars is beyond me, but to each their own.  :)

Supposedly beer and red meat give spunk a bitter taste. While fruit and veg etc make it sweeter. I think it basically ends up tasting like what you eat and drink.

Been testing the celery theory this week and I have to say the results were fairly good. I did notice slightly better quantity which of course was the result of a mind blowing orgasm......Of course I may have just thought it was better in anticipation of the test working........

I did the spunk volume increase experiment for my OH at her request. So It wasn't due to watching porn or anything like that. Just personal preference! Some people do stuff because they want to and not because someone else does it.
