It's fine to send batteries inside anything.

But yeah the rules on lithium batteries are a bit complex. I think they changed fairly recently and I'm not 100% up to speed on it. (Usually just do what the computer tells me to do!)

I had an issue with a vibe and thankfully the lh team are ever so helpful. I posted it back and i had been asked what was in it and i said a vibrator. He blushed and went weird,
but my opinion if you dont want to really know then dont ask. It dont bother me but i can see how it easilly bothers some people.

Haha if you were really comfortable imagine how much you could wind someone up!

    "What's in there?"
"A vibrator... A massive 13 inch blue vibrator with enough power to kill a horse" imagine that!!! They'd faint!

That is pretty much what my wife did when posting yet another bit of boring electronics out for me. She told them it was a huge pink dildo with a frilly end. They don't ask her anything now.

I wonder if Lovehoney are in league with the post office counter workers to try stop people abusing the unbelievable returns policy.

I've been asked on other parcels what was inside, but conveniently never been asked on any of my lovehoney returns. Think the prepaid sticker makes them not care. I'd probably just say clothes if they did ask.

I work with a post office instore, if the person behind the counter asks whats inside, simply say "nothing thats restricted" sure? YES!

I always get nervous because depending on who serves you at my local post office, they may or may not ask you what the package contains but I think the pre-paid label makes them assume that whatever the sender posted to you, it is ok to send back

    hope this helps

If it's prepaid, we don't have to ask.

Well I took a LH parcel into the post office this lunchtime. Was so looking forward to the cashier asking what was in it, so I could say in a very loud jolly voice "a sex toy", but did she ask me, did she eckers like?!!!!! I was absolutely gutted. Was tempted to ask "do you want to know what's in the parcel because I really don't mind telling you". LOL
