• Vaginal tightness

    Apparently vaginal tightness doesn't change until childbirth or 30's but I seem to have gone much looser over the past few years. When two fingers were inserted, my vagina used to be very tight around them and after an orgasm I only used to be able to insert one finger. Nowadays, I can wiggle two fingers easily and it doesn't change after ive had an orgasm. I've tried kegel balls and ben wa balls but they stay in easily without me squeezing so I can't see any point in them. What can I use/do to make me tight again?!

    I haven't tried kegal balls before, but I am thinking of starting it after having a child 5 years ago.

    If it's really something you’re concerned about you can always go and talk to your GP. It might help put your mind at rest about your actual size down there and any possible causes for the changes your describing. Please don't let this worry you- it’s fixable! If your kegel balls and ben wa balls are staying in without you squeezing them your muscles are unlikely to be very weak or prolapsed.

    These are great kegel balls to start with http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=18124 then you can always work your way up to something heavier and smaller like the 50 shades ones. You have to be patient to see results but when you do.... WOW.

    There are plenty of tightening creams on the market too like this one http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=14140 although I'd recommend kegels over them any day because when your muscles are strong enough you have the ability to squeeze and massage your partner during sex and obvious advantages to avoid stress incontinence when you get older.

    Try doing kegels in different ways with the balls in and out doing the following- standing, sitting, squatting, walking, running, short ‘butterfly contractions’, and then grip for as long as you can physical push yourself.
