Is playing love songs overrated when it comes to getting bizzy or setting the mood?

No I don't think so, I think it's romantic and sets the mood. But it can be a little awkward when you've not said "i love you" to your partner yet and in the background all you can hear it "i love you i love you i love youuuuu!"

I didn't know where to look lol.

It has to be music that you both like though. I once got quite an angry and aggressive "what the f***'s that?" when I put on a Norah Jones cd. It spoiled the mood somewhat.

I love a bit of music to start with but then I tend to block it out and not hear it during sex. My minds usually on other things lol.

These days we rarely put music on to get us in the mood for love. Most of the time the music plays in our office whilst we are both working or online so not the best room for getting bizzy.

I only really play love songs when I am alone.. because of the emotion they generate - I am moved to tears listening to certain songs inc love songs that bring back memories. Not the best way to set the mood :-)
