Do you mean to last longer first time around or recover quicker for round two?

In the first instance a cock ring is good, theyre not all uncomfortable, you could also try a couple of drinks (for him), or some delay lube perhaps?

For a quicker recovery, youth and good physical fitness seem to be the key.

Have you tried a metal cock ring?

Because it has a smooth finish it is less likely to catch.
