Lol! Loving this thread!

RE: Mushrooms. Hogweed and Foxglove grow out the ground naturally like any other plant too. Doesn't mean I have to love them! Yucky nasty horrid things are mushrooms. My man loves them though. I couldn't even stomach the trippy ones! I can manage to swallow Shitake mushrooms, but it is somewhat wasted as I still don't really like them.

Mushrooms should be made illegal! Cannibis is illegal to be handgrown and picked so where is the difference with mushrooms. Funnily enough, there is nothing illegal about picking the trippy mushrooms, or growing them, or even eating them. It is only illegal to sell them.

Mushrooms are given too much love! ;-p

Looking forward to Sunday/Monday when we get the reveal of what your OH had planned, Mr-Mrs-Sexy. I hope you two have a great time.

Also, Avrielle_Aniko, you're not alone in the avid hate of the evil mushrooms. Horrid creepy, slimy things *shudder* Make my skin crawl when I see them. The only ones I can eat are wood/cloud ear fungus since they're crunchy not slimy.

Well, if your thread is gonna get hijacked, you could do worse than fundamentalist fungus haters... (I can honestly say that's a phrase I never thought I'd hear myself saying!)
Who'll join me on the 'beat the broccoli' campaign trail?

Err... nah... I've been on broccoli for a good number of years because of my mum. Not saying it's the only thing I've ever eaten. Once a week. With other various items of food.

Plus, I'm a fussy eater and generally want to eat more healthily now. I'm not going crazy about it, though. Broccoli doesn't bother me. So I don't fit in with this campaign. It's like going on a vegan campain whilst eating a McDonald's.
