This is the kind of orgasm you get, not from stimulating the penis or clitoris but the muscles (pubo-rectal) encircling  the vagina/rectum. They are heavily innervated and can be stimulated to go into an extremely pleasurable spasm. Not all people seem to be able to experience this, which is why some sexologists deny its existence. On the other hand if you experience it you know perfectly well that it exists.
