I think the longest I''ve gone without sex or masturbation is around 2 weeks, what's the longest you've gone?

Well, the longets I have gone without masturbating is 3 weeks.  And the longets I have gone without sex is now 2 years and 5 months :(  All offers of a sympathy shag greartly recieved! lol
