it depends. My mum says that basically it's the left overs in the shop mixed together, so that use to be meat fish veg and stock.... it similar now days but a few fresh things will be added like pawns etc. hard to explain really, guess partly as I'm not use to the meat products in it.

The one we used to get used to be fried rice with pork and prawns mixed in, sometimes with peas (Which I hated) and then a layer of chicken on top, covered in a pink bbq sauce stuff.
Very odd mix but it was lovely. Minus the pork. Not a pork fan.
Then again, where I live "chinese" is just a by-word for "fried."
If you can't grease an engine with it, it's not chinese.

That is pretty much it with special friend rice. My bloke likes it. Just a load of random leftover-like bits in some egg fried rice. Bits of beef, prawns, pork, chicken, sometmes a bit of duck might find it's way in there, or squid, sometimes vegatables too like peas and mushrooms, onion, pepper and just whatever else they feel like throwing in to the dish in the kitchen. Special fried rice is basically called that because it is like the 'Chefs special of the day' or 'Todays Special'. Don't really know what is in it until you get it.
I love chinese food!
And I also love my meat. I could never be a vegatarian!

The trick to this is to always carry an umbrella with you. If you're ready for it, it won't happen! but it will be a pain to always have an umbrella under your arm! especially while riding a bike!

Why is it that you get a penny for your thoughts but you have to put in your two cents worth?
