I recently picked up a new yoga book, and it has a section about how to improve female yoga. I've posted pictures of the pages on my twitter @theladyness, and just wondered if anyone else wanted to give it a go for fun?

I've just done the six moves, and it took under 10 mins (close to 5mins), so it doesn't take long. Ok I fell over myself a bit here and there, but it was fun and quick.

While it is something which is meant to show results within 12 weeks, I'm sure it'll still be fun if you just give it a go as a one off or just every now and again.

    Anyway I just thought I'd share =)

I've been giving it a go now for a few days. If anything it's helping stretch out my shoulder which is tense even with other exercise, so at least it could lead to better sexual positions. Still too early to see orgasm changes.

Hi Ness, that sounds fantastic. Any for of subtle stretching and relaxation will definitely hep with sex stretching to help you move and be a lttlefitter but Morris the relaxation and mind set open to sex. Great idea

I guess yoga can bring to better orgasm because it teaches you to be focussed on your body and your breathing etc. And you free your mind. I haven't try this but I've seen some improvements in sex with meditation (mindfulness)

Been practicing yoga for 15 years...one thing I do use from yoga during sex is breathing.

Thanks for sharing Lady Ness. I will check out your Twitter page. Been feeling really stressed lately so maybe this will help (I blame the school holidays lol) I also have a habit of holding my breath before orgasming, so maybe this would help.

Yoga will definitely help you with this. Sometimes I orgasm so hard I almost pass out. I have to stop and do some deep breathing for a short while. Big breath in as you're climaxing then breathe out with a groan once you're there

    The author is Tara Stiles.

Her book is more of a mix of yoga and pilates. It's very cosmo too.

LeilaK, I've found a lot of people have this problem. Learning to breath has helped them =)
