So me and my partner are quite young but he is going through a lot of stress via work right now and it brought on his anxiety so his libido has died. We have been fighting for a bit but just found out he has erectile dysfunction. It's hard for a man to tell anyone about it because they are embarrassed. We are going to doctors soon but wondered if anyone could recommend any products or maybe herbal tablets that would help us? I've also bought from LH a penis pump and some sensual play things to help relax him. Any tips or advice welcome!

hey I use a penis pump it does work a little extra work but since your young as i am not you could probally go to or more times . Trust me it does work just lube up good maybe put in an adult movie just to get the juices flowing and give a try. I have a manual pump and it was low priced battery operarated is a little higher so either way try it .

Viagra and similar are available from on line pharmacies. Quite legit and easy to get.

You might find adding a cock ring after using the penis pump might help.

massage candle and blindfold for sensual play and relaxation. You can get all three in the 3 for £10 section so inexpensive things to try.

There are lots of things that could help .
But I have to say a visit to the docs would be best as although it is most likely stress related . It may have an underlining issue .best get checked just in case

Herbal stuff can be hit or miss. I had probs after surgery. Doc will get you sorted. Cialis is a good option as it stays in the system longer than Viagra. Have patience. If it worked before, it will work again. Sensual cuddles without the pressure of expecting sex will also help to relieve the stress. Good luck.

Although I can't really advise on things to help on erectile dysfunction I will say that my OH gets this every so often, but we don't really call it so. He has a very stressful job and every so often either he just can't relax enough to want sex or he wants sex and the little man is too stressed to stand up. Either way it's not a permanent thing. What works for us best is to reduce how often we have sex, I tend to relinquish control and just wait or him to start things. It also helps to spend time on just him where he doesn't have to come. It's still enjoyable and takes the pressure off for him and it makes him more aroused so we may move on to sex or he may be more up for it later
The most important thing to remember is not to put too much pressure on him or let him put too much pressure on himself and remember it's likely only temporary. Try a weekend away or a short holiday too that may relax him a bit

There are many many products from Lovehoney that could help such as Cock rings, Penis pumps and Herbal capsules. However personally i would work on the stress first and see if that helps as using soley toys may not work. It could then leave you both disapionted. I do think the first port of call should be the doctors as there could also be other underlying problems that you have not necicarily thought of.

    Good Luck! :)

I can recommend a good cock ring as that's what I've used and it really does help. Check out the Tracey Cox Edge adjustable - I've posted a review in the past.
