    I have recently had one and I cant remember how long the doctor said I had to wait to have sex do any of you know I know its a long shot and I don't wait to disrupt the healing x

    Hi there, I don't know the answer myself, but I would recommend you call your Drs surgery and you should be transferred to the out of hours line. You should then be able to speak to a nurse and ask any questions you may have. I hope this helps :) xx

    I think I remember reading somewhere that its 4 weeks but don't quote me on that ! It's to reduced the chance of infection and let the area heal .
    Best to check with your doctors surgery first x

    I thought he said 4 weeks but I was talking to someone yesterday who said her doc told her 4months so was unsure and wanted to see what other people thought x

    I hadn't thought to google it having a slow day but nhs online says to wait for the bleeding to stop so which it has 3 days after but I'm gonna wait the 4 weeks gonna be a tadge grumpy I think haha I struggle having to wait 3days 😌

    We usualy recommend 1 week before Intercourse or useage of tampons etc but if it was a cone biopsy the recommended time is 4 weeks to allow fully healing.
