Hi. Having browsed the previous threads we could see a large number of folks out there enjoy pussy pumping but we could not find an answer to our question. We have a small labia suction cup and hand pump with a vacuum gauge built into it that we have used a few times not with not much effect so are probably not doing it correctly. What is the typical pressure that is needed to create a swollen labia and for how long should the pressure be applied?

I read elsewhere that 5 inHg was the max vacuum pressure that could be applied before damage to tissue would occur but this seems like a fairly low pressure on the gauge as it is easy to suck 3 times that much with your mouth. We are planning on trying the pump tonight again so any advice over and above the guidance on LH web pages would be great. Thanks

Sorry no idea my pump has no readings but it can get very uncomfortable if you apply to much pressure... go with what is comfortable

My OH pumps regularly, she pumps the pressure up to comfortable and when that eases adds more pressure, as for time its up to you, she first started doing it for 1/2 hour to an hour now she does it for 3-4 hours to get bigger results, you do need to release the pressure completely every 20-30mins for about 5 mins and then reapply the pressure, this gives better results.
As long as you keep it comfortable you should be able to keep it on as long as you feels right, my OH is that used to it now she fell asleep with hers on the other night!

    Hi B52,

I have checked some of the boxes in our warehouse to see if I can find a conclusive answer for you but I'm afraid I don't have one. I agree with lustjoy, go with what is comfortable and be careful not to over pump as this can cause broken tissue or burst blood vessels (ouchie!). Go slowly and see what feels comfortable for you. If you are very concerned, you could always speak to a GP.

Which pump is it that you are using? Sometimes, it can be down the the pump not creating an effective seal rather than the pressure applied. Lubricating the pump can help create an air-tight seal which leads to better suction.

The swelling experienced after using a pump is temporary and it will begin to subside pretty soon after you stop pumping. So it could be that you are removing the pump too quickly?

Some women also find that vibrating pussy pumps produce better results as the vibrations also help draw the blood to the area. This one is very popular:

If you are not experiencing swelling with the current pump you are using, you could try further pumping. Remember to stop if you find you are experiencing any discomfort whatsoever.

We have an excellent guide here:

I am very sorry I am unable to assist you further on this ocasion! Xx
