I was  in the opposite situation this morning. I used a condom for the first time in months. It just felt unnatural... still enjoyable! But its no where near cumming inside... specially when she clenchs as I come!

Orgasm without a condom feels stronger than orgasm with?

Physical due to greater pleasure from penis nerves due to increased sensitivity, or psychological due to knowing you're coming inside her properly?

I've worded that awfully, but I think some of the guys will know what I'm trying to say. I love the feeling, but I love the idea too. I'm not talking about the overall sexual experience, just the moment of ejaculation. For me it feels entirely different without a condom. I also think it makes me feel closer to the person, I'm sure that's psychological. Although really, most of sex is anyway...

do you think it goes back to neanderthal times, when it was more about procreation and being "the" man?? I know my OH certainly enjoys it more without a condom, but can not really explain why. Perhaps it is something in the genetic make up of the person? Or am I waffling on?

I just think that as a fella it feels better and alot of women like seeing their man enjoy himself alot!

I know my girl likes the hotness inside her and the pulsing when I come.... Doesnt like the clean up though..

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but what about the Nuvaring as contraception?

I'm not saying that people using the pill are stupid or anything like that, but we all make mistakes. All it takes is one mistake to get pregnant, and there's no way I'd want to use a method of contraception that was that open to error if there was another option open to me.

That's what I mean... that's your experience, and that's what suits you. You said you didn't understand why women would want to take the pill over the implant... I'm explaining some reasons why that might be, that's all :)

I tried it before Lunar, and it didn't suit me at all... I just couldn't get it to fit me properly! No matter how far I managed to get it in, it would always wiggle its way back out. Shame really, because it's a really great method if it works.

The NuvaRing isn't a barrier method though... it's hormonal :) Just sits up around your cervix. You can't feel it when it's in properly and neither can your partner!

I have heard male friends say that having sex with a female condom is like fucking a binbag, however.

I've never used a female condom, but from looking at them I'd imagine that description is about accurate. They look very loose and baggy, whereas your standard condom is skin tight (or, well, should be!). they're quite expensive too.

I saw an article on the nuvaring in scarlet and it seemed to have a comparitively high (to say, condoms or the pill) failure rate...? I dont think i see the point in a moderately successful contraceptive, to be honest...

lol i agree! what's the point in using it if it has a high failure rate? surely you're just gambling against bad odds then?

I'm on the pill and am fortunate enough not to have any side effects from it but I've heard it's not for everyone, also different pills have different effects on women. I'm on mycrogynon 30 and have been for about 3 years now but I've been warned that it's about 97/98% effective so there is still a chance albeit a small one that I could get pregnant. Also if you have bad diarrhea or vomiting you can inadvertently release it from your system making it ineffective. My current partner and I don't use condoms as I love the feel of him without one and also really enjoy it when he cums inside me but I definitely wouldn't put my faith in rhythm/ withdrawl methods without the pill.

back in the days when i was on the pill (when i was in a long-term relationship and had a need for it) i was on mycrogynon for a while. gave me terrible migraines and acne, so i changed to diannette, which was good. if i ever go back on the pill its gonna be diannette again for me. x

My girl went the docs the other day and got her microgy switched to Yasmin.  She had some side effects... The only difference is the amount of progestone (SP?), they tend to give Microgy alot... tis the cheapest.
