Looking forward to getting home, been stuck in work in the wing fuel tank on a 747! Hot and sweaty!! Get me out of here!

Doctor had no medication to offer me again *sigh* and is now sending me for a doppler test to check my circulation because I've got swelling in my legs and feet but because I have Raynaud's can't start any treatment until she gets the test results :-/

oh well at least I have a good excuse for putting my feet up lol :P

Thank god! Stick some tunes on and go home, hit the gym then put my feet up, what a day!!

 god im so miserable, everythings going wrong at the moment :( i thought i was finally strong enough to coope with life without anti depressants ect, but now im getting panic attacks at the thought of leaving the house. I actually burst into tears this morning just at the thought of not dying in my sleep :( sorry to moan, just feeling so rubbish :(

Big hugs TJ. It sounds as though you still need some extra support. Can you go talk to either your Dr or your counsellor?

my doctors one of those that just believe in sick notes and whatever pills they can give you to leave the room within 5 mins of entering :(

Right my little show is on so if no1 could do anything interesting or exciting for the next 2 hours that would be great thanks...... recommence all activities at 4pm.
